Nifty Closes Above 3200 led by Realty,Metals

Today,Indian Markets rallied on Thursday on back of positive globall cues.Indian market opened higher and extended its gains.Sensex was up 4.51 percent up 446.84 points to close at 10,348.83.NSE closed the day 4.69 percent higher, to settle at 3,211.05.Market breadth emained extremely strong as 2,014 stocks closed in green while 535 stocks closed in red and 69 stocks remained unchanged in BSE.BSE Midcap closed up 3.77 percent up 113.62 points to3,125.42and Small Cap indices gained 2.91 percent up 97.05 points to 3,436.92. Bse Realty index gained the most and was up 9.13 percent up 150.15 points to 1,795.47.DLF Ltd. was up 15.08 percent up 26.65 to close at 203.35.HDIL was up 13.01 percent up 11.70 to close at 101.60. Bse Metal index was up 6.85 percent up 399.12 points to 6,224.19.Tata Steel was up 7.15 percent up 15.00 to close at 224.85.Guj. NRE Coke was up 6.63 percent up 1.35 to close at 21.70.Steel Authority was up 9.96 percent up 9.70 to close at 107.10.JSW Steel was up 21.81 percent up 54.50 to close at 304.40. Bse Oil&Gas index was up 5.73 percent up 415.79 points to 7,671.79.Reliance Inds. was up 5.13 percent up 81.05 to close at 1,660.50.Cairn India Ltd. was up 10.70 percent up 19.45 to close at 201.15.ONGC was up 9.01 percent up 72.40 to close at 876.25. Bse Bankex index was up 4.79 percent up 220.24 points to 4,822.39.ICICI Bank was up 3.09 percent up 10.80 to close at 360.25.SBI was up 6.65 percent up 71.40 to close at 1,145.35. Top Gainers were JSW Steel up 21.81 percent, EIH Ltd. up 19.98 percent,Punj Lloyd up 16.36 percent, DLF Ltd. up 15.08 percent.Top losers were Opto Circuits down 3.40 percent,Godrej Consumer Prod down 1.82 percent,Hindustan Unilever down 1.74 percent,Dabur India down 1.29 percent. Asian Markets rallied on Wednesday following cues from U.S. markets with Japan's Nikkei 225 Average up 4.4 percent up 367.87 points at 8719.78.Hong Kong's Hang Seng Index up 7.41 percent up 1002.43 points to 14521.97. FTSE 100 index closed up 2.88 percent up 114.00 points to 4069.61,Germany's DAX closed up 4.46 percent up 184.09 points to 4315.16,France's CAC 40 closed up 3.15 percent up 89.35 points to 2928.96.
