U.S. Markets closed higher on Wednesday after the Federal Reserve said it would buy long-term Treasurys.Markets rebounded on the Fed news with Dow Jones industrial average closed up 1.23 percent up 90.88 points to settle at 7486.58.Nasdaq Composite Index closed up 1.99 percent up 29.11 points to settle at 1491.22.S&P 500 closed up 2.09 percent up 16.23 points to settle at 794.35.

Crude Oil rose to $49.12 a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange.
